How to Set MetaMask For Callisto Network?
What is MetaMask?
MetaMask, compatible with browsers like Chrome, Firefox, and Brave, is an extension for managing Ethereum and compatible blockchain assets. It allows for storing, sending, and receiving ETH and tokens. As Callisto Network is Ethereum-compatible, MetaMask also supports transactions with Callisto Network coin (CLO) and tokens.
Note: For blockchain transactions, you need native blockchain coins for gas fees. For Callisto Network, this means having $CLO coins. Learn how to get your first $CLO coins here!
Setup Metamask for Callisto Network
Follow the steps below to configure MetaMask for Callisto Network.
1. Click on the “Networks” menu at the top left.
2. Select “Add network.“
3. Then, “Add network manually.“
4. Enter the following parameters, then press “Save.”
• Network Name: Callisto Network
• New RPC URL: https://rpc.callisto.network
• Chain ID: 820
• Currency Symbol: CLO
• Block Explorer URL: https://explorer.callisto.network
5. Click “Switch to Callisto Network.” Congratulations! Your MetaMask wallet is now connected to Callisto Network!
